Chad Darcy is a litigator who focuses his practice on employment matters in the firm's Anchorage office. After law school, Chad first worked in the chambers of the Hon. Gregory Miller of the Alaska Superior Court as a law clerk, doing research and writing bench memoranda for civil trials, and administrative agency and district court appeals. Following his clerkship, Chad expanded these skills in all phases of litigation.
Chad has extensive work experience before law school as a United States Marine Corps veteran. Chad's service gave him firsthand experience managing complex matters with scarce resources to achieve high-performing outcomes in dynamic environments. During law school, Chad worked in litigation at a firm in South Carolina.
