Michael S. Drell is a member of the firm's litigation group, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Michael has experience representing financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and other clients in complex litigation matters, including M&A disputes, class actions, trademark litigation, securities fraud litigation, Delaware corporate law disputes, agency investigations, and employment investigations. Michael handles all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediations, hearings, and trial. He also previously advised international clients on brand and IP protection. Michael previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
